class celebrated the Super Bowl with a special menu for the week.
The students served Cheeseburger Bites, Chicken Salsa Biscuits,
Super Bowl Cheesy Fries, Touchdown Cupcakes and Super Bowl
Chocolate Bites for dessert.
Mardi Gras was
celebrated in February with Chicken Jambalaya, Dirty Rice, Creole
Fries and Mardi Gras Cake for a special dessert.
