Trailer in the Welding Class

We
have been working on a trailer for about five weeks now and it has
taught us skills in engineering. It has a heavy duty axle that we
put in, as well as some custom fenders. It has been a challenging
project, but we have learned a lot from the experience. So far the
fenders have been the hardest part, but we still feel that the
project is going along smoothly.
Oakley K. is a second year student from Serena who feels that this
class has taught him a lot about patience, as well as all different
facets of welding and fabrication.
Zach K. is a first year student from Serena who is planning to go
into the field of welding. He is joining the apprenticeship
for Local 591 Welding. This class has really shown him what the
workplace is like and how to get the job done.
