A Chef from Robert Morris College Visits the Culinary Arts Program
Chef Chuck
O'Donoghue from Robert Morris College in Aurora led the Culinary
Arts class on our first day back from Christmas Break. Under his
guidance, we prepared a gourmet meal of poached pork stuffed
chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, pumpkin risotto and an onion-herb
focaccia. Everything was delicious and we learned so much from Chef
Chuck. What a treat!
